CPUSE Error Message NOT clear

Hi,

 

Anyone understand with the error message here(please see the screenshot for detail)?

Installation is not allowed (reason: Installation is not allowed)

I agree with @Tal_Paz-Fridman, there was an issue with the previous attempt to install this package. Please do what the message suggests and open a TAC case via https://help.checkpoint.com

Hi - it actually states the reason clearly at the bottom of the message. Seems there was a problem with a previous installation?

Hhhhmmm..... Not that I know if there is an issue on the previous installation, it was running for quite some time and only now decided to upgrade the JHF
