Hi, team, I have 5600 series box and I am using 77.30 version.
I am facing some Attachment Issue.
when the user wants to attach the file its not attaching.
what could be the reason and how can we resolve it?
Some more details please.
Attach file to what/where? How it is connected to these appliances? Is it WebGUI of appliances? Is it email/website and some blades are enabled?
Hi Aleksei,
whenever I try to attach the document in email(Office 365), it's showing the error.
to use of Thunderbird client proxy is already configured.All the traffic is allowed from the firewall.
What error is being displayed?
Have you investigated the firewall logs to see if you can correlate any drops/messages to this behavior?
