Address spoofing

Dear.
I need to communicate with a URL address that is a videoconferencing application. It turns out that the traffic is detected with the address spoofing message, how can I make an exclusion so that I can establish communication with that address?

The anti Spoofing policy is configured to detect.

Topology info and IP addressing would be very helpful here.

More information is needed "Detect" still allows the traffic as different to Prevent.
