PMTR-23260, PMTR-23551	In Security policy, cannot drag & drop several objects from on cell to another.
PMTR-21347, PMTR-17457, PMTR-19101	Editing Identity Awareness Web API or Identity Collector settings takes a very long time. Refer to sk132512.
PMTR-18703	After trying to add a rule to a locked inline layer, an error message shows, the layer collapses and cannot be expanded again.
PMTR-18840, PMTR-18642	Navigation to a rule base item which is collapsed is not completed with the expected results.
PMTR-19355, PMTR-16697	When selecting a range of multiple cells and columns, several cells are missing from the selection.
PMTR-18440, PMTR-21270, PMTR-21269	SmartConsole indicates if an object is the last object in the rule base cell. After removal, the value of the cell reverts to ANY.
PMTR-22009	The "Where Used" action does not indicate if an object is "last in cell".
PMTR-11193	On Windows OS computers with FIPS 1402 validated cryptographic algorithms, SmartConsole unexpectedly terminates when navigating to the "Gateways and Servers" view. This occurs due to MD5-based string calculation for the Security Gateway image. Refer to sk111585.
PMTR-22380, PMTR-19900	SmartConsole unexpectedly terminates if during policy installation dialog, when clicking on another view on the left navigation panel.

PMTR-23352, PMTR-22848	If the "Show Global Rules" checkbox selected, when scrolling with the side bar to the end of the policy with hidden rules, it jumps to some upper rule and never comes to the bottom.

So far the old "jumping to wrong place" issue when selecting from "where used" list seems to be fixed. But it took a while to display itself even with last release lets see

Is there a problem with the fix or the time it took to release it?

No, took a while before problem showed up, it wasn't immediate after smartconsole installation for some reason.

Does it again require to uninstall current SmartConsole before installing newer version? Meaning backing up all users settings in order to not loose custom settings in SmartConsole view (showing hits as column and etc)

Yes, that's required as always.

Yeah, not much user friendly when you have 12 cma's and 100+ policies and multiple admins connecting to MDS from jump server, which means before every SmartConsole upgrade to backup each user settings in order to not loose custom settings.
