Smart1-Cloud Policy install fails on R82 SPARK gateways on first run or when running in parallel

Dear Community,

Since we upgrade our SG1555 on R82 firmwares (builds R82_00_10_998002110 or R82_00_10_998002133) or have our SG2550 running on same builds, we notice the following behaviour:
-Installing just access policy fails on first attempt (Error: SIC error 147), but runs totally fine on second attempt (ALWAYS runs on second attempt fine).
-When Threat prevention polilcy and QoS policy are parallely installed with access policy, they also fail - you need to install them seperately
-When you install several R82 SPARK Gateways in parallel, always just ONE cluster/gateway suceeds, but the other will all fail, you also need to do them one by one.

As the errors we can see already on 5 different gateways/clusters, all running on mentioned firmware-states, but on NONE of the R81.10 gateways (based also on SG1555 hardware), it has to be firmware-related.

Anyone having same experiences?

Have you reported the issue to TAC?
Sounds like something that should be investigated.

Yes, i did, they are currently investigating, but nothing yet...
