SMARTCONSOLE message while verifying policy : Internal error ocurred

Hi all

Today suddenly we are having problems with our MDS  while policy verification through smartconsole. 

When click policy verify , immediately we get an error message "internal error ocurred" , and no idea about causes.

Policy install works fine.

in cpm.elg I see these messages

17/06/25 15:03:01,963 ERROR coresvc.internal.FwmSvcImpl [qtp351018129-18092447]: Failed to create dir hierarchy java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: /opt/CPmds-R81.20/conf/db_template/install-policy-files

Any idea?

Not entirely clear those messages are related.
I'm going to assume you've also opened a TAC case here?

I would reboot the MDS, as thats not intrusive process, see if that helps.

yes , it's an option but as Phoneboy said we've opened a  TAC case to troubleshoot this error.

Are you using the latest JHF? This issue was fixed way back in JHF (I checked the original ticket that had an identical error):

Its important to always install at least recommended jumbo!
