R82 MDM/MLM on XL-6000 Appliances SmartConsole slowness

Hi,

We were on VM based MDM/MLM and SmartConsole was extremely slow. So we thought if we get XL-6000 model appliances for both that should improve experience but guess what it didn't. We are on R82 JHF 34 for both MDM/MLM and running SC build 1057 and its still slow. Appliances are not even hitting more than 30% cpu and RAM is used about 44/375 with 10GBps interface. Everything is running stable but SC is so slow. So i just tried web SC and wow it is much faster but only issue is its not 1-1 with windows SC features. same connection with MDM but Web access is faster and windows SC is slow. Feels like no point in getting XL-6000 models now. CheckPoint please fix this issue. or Provide solution to making windows SC faster. My laptop is not the issue ether as it has latest cpu with 16 core/ 22 threads, 32GB ddr5 at 5600MT, NVMe drive, intel Arc/nvidia RTX card as well.

I see you got no responses to this post.

Did you see any improvements, or a fix in a new version of SmartConsole?

Did you try SmartConsole on another Windows client?

It depends, what is slow? Login, policy push, creating objects or reviewing logs? What is enabled on the 6000? Only mgmt or also Event / log server.

Did you install latest sc build?

Did you try to clear the sc cache? I would say the location could be

%localappdata%\Check Point\SmartConsole\R82\UserSettings

But I can not check right now as my laptop is off.

and now to something completely different - CCVS, CCAS, CCTE, CCCS, CCSM elite
