I have setup Mobile Access RDP,

There is any way to block copy/paste between local pc and RDP without using a 3rd party tool?

How precisely have you set it up?
If you're doing it via SNX, no.
Using an HTML5 proxy, that will naturally happen, though you obviously cannot block screenshots this way.
