Endpoints disconnect

I have an on‑prem Harmony Endpoint console, R81.20 JHF Take 120, and I have the following question:

Is there any configuration in the console that prevents access to any of its interfaces when an Internet connectivity interruption is detected?

We have experienced intermittent failures in our Internet connection; however, the internal network remains completely stable, so in theory there should be no issue accessing the consoles.

We have observed that the endpoints disconnect from the console even though there is no communication problem between the management server and the agent. This behavior only occurs when the console loses Internet access.

Hm...based on what you described, sounds like issue should not happen. Did you open TAC case for it yet?
