Infinity AIOps Now Available for Trial to Eligible Customers

Hi All,

 

We’re excited to announce the launch of Infinity AIOps, now available for trial to all customers!

 

What is it?

Infinity AIOps is a powerful new capability within Infinity Events that provides:

  • Real-time and historical visibility into operational data
  • Alerts and AI-based insights
  • Tools to move from reactive to proactive operations

 

Customer Benefits:

With Infinity AIOps, customers can:

  • Increase system uptime with instant health scores and resource usage across all gateways and servers.
  • Speed up issue resolution via root cause analysis and remediation suggestions.
  • Detect hidden anomalies using contextual LLM-powered guidance.
  • Automate remediation workflows with Infinity Playblocks, trigger notifications, and dramatically reduce time-to-resolution.

 

How to Enable:

Customers can activate the AIOps card via Infinity Services and directly within their Infinity Portal.

Availability Requirements:

Infinity AIOps is available for trial to eligible customers who meet the following prerequisites:

  • MGMT server is onboarded to Infinity Portal or S1C
  • Gateways and management are running a supported JHF version:
    1. R81.20 JHF Take 101 or later
    2. R82 JHF Take 25 or later

Eligible customers include those with an EVAL (trial) license or those who have purchased a bundle SKU.

@Raz_Zilberman we activated this for some 1600 and 1900 appliances managed by Smart1-Cloud but installation of the agent failed. Nothing found in the documentation or knowledgebase to solve this.

@Raz_Zilberman any EA available to join or a timeline for the support of  Spark appliances ? Would be very helpful to have the monitoring data available in the portal and no need for an on premise skyline server.

We still don't have EA for Spark in AIOps. have you tried to see the monitoring under SMP?

No. The SMB appliances are onboarded and managed by Smart1-Cloud. Is it possible to have a SMB appliance registered to both management solution SMP and Smart1-Cloud ?

I missed the part that it managed via Smart1-Cloud, no, it's not possible to have them both.
