smart event does not show

Hello everyone, we have the same situation as in the picture, the syslog server has written a full log for 1 month and there are no unindexed logs in the smart event server, but in the imortant attack, nothing is visible on the dates in the picture. What could be the reason for this? We have sms, syslog and smart event servers on separate servers. Thanks in advance for your feedback.Screenshot 2025-09-03 113950.png

How have you confirmed there are no unindexed logs?
Also, please state version/JHF levels.
