Hi,

This command was used to enable or disable the "forwarding mechanism", this mechanism was deprecated in R80.20 and was replaced by a new mechanism called "correction layer" which is always enabled, therefore the commands mentioned are no longer available.

Thanks for the update.

How can I checked that "correction layer" is enabled.

is there any command or any file location ?

It’s not a feature you can “disable” so it doesn’t make any sense to have a command to check the status of it.
