trac has stopped working message upon startup
I just installed the endpoint VPN client on my Windows 7 (fully updated - up to January) pc. After the login, i get a "trac has stopped working" message. I stopped the VPN client, then from a command prompt, i gave the following command:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\Endpoint Connect> trac start
After that, i get the "trac has stopped working" message twice.
In the Windows Event Viewer (Application log), i have the following two entries [Event ID 1000, Task Category (100) ]:

You'll probably need to consult with the TAC to troubleshoot this.

Well, i have created an account, followed the instructions to create a UC account but still, the system only lets me create a non-technical issue.
I'm not sure what to do now. Can anyone please help?
