SmartEnd Point Policy Install An internal Server error has occured

When I start a policy install in SmartEP, I get the error message: "An interal server error has occured". The server_messages.log shows the following error message:Failed to read file /opt/CPuepm-R80.30/engine/conf/server-list.xml . I deleted server-list.xml because I thought the file might be corrupt. Unfortunately the error still occurs. It does not seem to be due to rights
