Hi all,
Due to the end of life of old versions of the Endpoint Security VPN we upgraded to version 84.30. The upgrade process seems to go okay and the PC is rebooted. When our users connects with the VPN client it first seems good but after a few minutes the connection closes and it can't be reconnected. The client shows this error message: Connectivity with the Checkpoint Endpoint Security Service is lost.
when checking the service is really stopped. It can be started but only with admin permission.
How can we solve this issue?
