Unable to access Harmony Endpoint Web UI and smartEndpoint

Hello everyone , 

We have a SMS Server that manages Security Gateways and Harmony Endpoint Agents , the SMS version is R81.20 .

We are not able to access SmartEndpoint or Harmony Endpoint Web UI .

When performing uepm_start command : 

Endpoint Policy Management is already checked in the SMS Server and we already installed the database . 

the output of cpstart command : 

We rebooted the server and restarting services many times but the problem still persists 

What is the cause of this problem ? and how to solve it if there is someone has experienced this problem ?

To get more information, run this command and send the logs, if possible. 

grep -i error /opt/CPuepm-R81.20/logs/server_messages.log
