URL Filtering doesn't work

Hi guys, I need all you support on a problem I'm facing.

I use Harmony Endpoint EPMaaS managing accessing the portal.

I installed an agent to a test machine running Windows and I tend to try the Web Filtering feature but I doesn't work at all. I created a group policy with only this machine added, set  URL Filtering as Prevent, tried category block and deny list, nothing worked. Even the demos from Demo Page are not being blocked, I tried.

The images attached show the way I built my deny list and how I set the policy.

Everytime I change the policy I go to the endpoint and update the client, doesn't work.

This machine is in another POLICY , that's why it's not working. This machine is on a different policy, which is why it's not working. The policy you mentioned is TEST WEB FILTER.

Could you confirm which policy the machine is under? You painted it black.

Check if the implemented policy is the same on the client and on the portal.

It's no the same, on the portal shows version 8 as can be seen in the post, but from the client the versions are as shown in the image.

Check if the machine is in the right policy zone. Check if the machine is in the correct policy. Enter the machine's name in the field marked with the arrow.

Now that you said it, the name of the policy where the endpoint is it's not the same as the one showed on browser extencion for Threat Prevention.

One thing is certain, the policy is not being applied correctly on the machine; it's a different version. In the image, the policy should have the Rule Name "Teste Web Filter" and is still highlighted in blue.
