The first test that you need to do is as follows:

  • Client settings: Client Settings should be set to "OS Locale"
  • Installation: Clean installation on Windows with Portuguese - Brazil installed

In this case the client UI should now show in Portuguese. I realize this does not cover all possible use cases but is the case that is covered in this enhancement
