Super Node Configuration and Anti-Malware Update Issue

Hi,

I'm currently working with a customer who has several offline servers, and I’ve set up a Super Node to allow these endpoints to download updates. Following SK171703, I’ve configured the Super Node on a server and pointed the offline endpoints to it for updates.

However, I’m facing two challenges:

  1. Internet Access for Super Node
    The Super Node server currently has full internet access for testing, but the customer requires it to operate with limited access. Could someone provide a comprehensive list of Check Point server URLs that the endpoint client needs to connect to for updates and signature downloads? This will help us configure the necessary exceptions.

  2. Anti-Malware Update Failure
    The clients connected to the Super Node are not receiving Anti-Malware updates. The error displayed is: "Failed to update anti-malware database." Has anyone encountered this issue before, or can you provide any troubleshooting steps?

Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me!

I did some digging and shared SK116590 with the customer. I also came across SK83520, which might be helpful.

The client versions they’re running are 88.32 and 88.61. Any ideas on what we can do about the Anti-Malware Update Failure?
