For whatever its worth, I actually asked that question to lady from Jamf support once (its an Apple MDM) and her exact words were "We are not really allowed to talk about it". Well, Im thinking, I was not born yesterday, so based on that answer, its logical to assume that info given is most likely not so accurate lol

I dont know, its possible they go by how many people really report the issue or if its clear vendor's system is truly down. Put it this way, if 10 out of million customers report it, no offense, but no one will care 🤣🤣
