Half is Not Enough
HI,
The problem is that the posture management scan functionality does not finish. It stays in the initialized scan status and does not finish. This affects the success of the software installation. Below are the images that the scan was performed at 9:51 and has not finished yet. It is worth mentioning that the SCAN was performed today and was completed successfully.

Which client versions have you tested and have you already raised the issue with TAC?
In my park there are 700 machines, only 10 presented this problem. Still not opening with tac .
versions : 88.32.2003
88.70.0326
If its happening with the latest client version, I would absolutely open TAC case.
Andy
@the_rock tks . A TAC has been opened
Sounds good! Let us know how it gets fixed.
Andy
@chrisz A TAC has already been opened and so far the CKP has not had any interaction 6-0004256849.
Hey brother, any news?
Andy
hi @the_rock
jonny contacted me and asked for more information and screens and cpinfos.
Great news, hope its fixed soon.
Andy
From what Jonny said, they are already aware of the problem that is happening.
lluner
O ok...so is there some sort of custom fix for it or no?
Andy
They just said that there is a problem and they are asking for information.
lluner
Please keep us posted how it gets solved.
Andy
Hello, lluner,
Did the TAC team provide a solution to the problem?
I am experiencing the same issue.
Which version are you using?
Hi @lluner,
I discovered that my specific problem occurred because I was applying PM in an OT environment, so all endpoint traffic goes through a supernode to prevent direct access to the internet. However, the PM functionality for supernodes will only be released in Q1 of next year.
All my machines were going through the supernode; it only resolved the issue when I updated the endpoint. The only thing I see is that you blocked the machine's internet access.
I am using version 88.72 on the endpoints. Should the problem be resolved?
What about E89.05?
Works perfectly.
Yes
Strange, it didn't work here. I'll run an internal test here.
