Hello community,
Recently using harmony web protection , but there is constant notification pop up for all of the scanned events and if a normal user is being rolled out with harmony it will get overwhelemed.
The reduce level of notification doesn't seem to work to reduce the " noise " , mostly the wanted effect is the notification pop up that is standard for Windows machine to not be shown and if there is something as a log for anything to be kept on agent level and to be filled for report so then responsible team could handle the situation.

Are you using Harmony endpoint with the browser extension or using only Harmony Browse?
Hey here is one of the pop ups , and we are using harmony endpoint web protection browser extension from what I have knowledge of.
Hey, you can disable these notifications using the portal.
Go to advanced settings under Web & Files protection
Thank you for the pinpoint , but I want to ask is this the online a.k.a cloud console of Harmony , since on the on-prem version I am not seeing that option of Disable Notifications.
I am running 81.20 on prem EMS and 87.60 client version of harmony.
Are you using only SmartEndpoint or also the Web Mgmt?

We are having the same situation in our environment. I also confirm that reducing the "noise" level doesn't effect on this one. The pop-up message is very annoying for the end users! It's generates a lot of negative feedbacks from them.
