Installation stuck -trying to connect

Hello friends,

I wanted to ask you what can be the problem that the endpoints that are being installed with the endpoint antivirus have problem and can not connect to the server.. The server is accessible, also installed a jumbo fix but that did not solve my problem. Just to notice that we did not have a valid license for more than 2 months but now we have a demo one ( we are waiting for the procurement team to get one for us ). But still the problem persists and i don't really know how to solve it.. The EMS version is 81.20 and the endpoint version is 87.62.2002. Can someone tell me what can be the cause and if there is solution for this? Thank you

I would suggest to contact CP TAC to get this resolved!

TAC resolved my issue.. 3 months but the issue was resolved..

2 questions...

1) Does it happen on all machines?

2) Do you see any license warning/error anywhere?
