How to package .msi with site configuration for Check Point Remote Access VPN Clients

Hi I'm wondering is there any methode to package an MSI with a pre site configuration and deploy via Intune the package, i tried the methode to use the trac.config but it's encrypted and i didn't find any clear methode to do that, please help
