Did you push uninstall for this computers installation successfully and recover the license ?
No, the computer had a failed SSD disk and is already in the trash.
So we deleted it with the delete option, but it is still on the list with the status : deleted.
After so many months we want it to completely disapear from the list.
I would suggest to open a SR# with CP TAC and provide the Tenant ID !
In https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R82/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R82_HarmonyEndpointWebManagement_Admin... we read: The system deletes the client information on the Endpoint Management Server after the configured period of time (default is 30 days). But this is valid after (successfull) uninstall...
I opened a TAC a few minues ago.
PS : Yeah the provided link is NOT the soluition.
Was never meant as a solution, only as a footnote 😉
