Hello
Recently I received a Harmony Total Protect License from CheckPoint to my lab.
I added my UC (where licenses are located) to my Harmony tenant and almost all licenses
are working fine (Harmony Remote Access, Harmony Internet Access, Harmony Email & Office, Harmony Mobile)
beside Harmony Endpoint & Harmony Browse 😞
I see this licenses in my PMAP but it seems that they are not active, or something is missing.
Can somebody please explain to me how to make them to work.
My case got stuck TAC and I have no idea how to go about it.
