We have a customer whos has 300 Harmony Endpoints managed in the cloud. The same customer has a TE250X appliance managed by a management server on prem. Recently we followed sk116381 to send files for emulation to the local TE250X when users are inside the corporate network, and cloud as a backup when they are outside.
We can see the logs for files sent by endpoints to the TE250X, but the log shows the following messages:
"Description: TE monitoring is disabled due to invalid license."
"Reason: Invalid_TE_License"
And emulation fails. So the question is: Do you know if it is possible to emulate files from endpoints in this scenario? TE250X managed on prem and endpoints managed in the cloud?
TE250X and managemt server are on R80.40 JHA Take 91
Endpoints have version E84.40 and management in the cloud on R81.
