Main Updates

• Q4 Promotions – 2023 was an amazing year for Harmony Endpoint so far!

We can already see fantastic results with double-digit growth, including 57% Growth YoY in new business, and, an impressive renewal rate of 86%.

We also had the chance to introduce new critical capabilities as our main growth accelerators – Vulnerability & Patch Management, Horizon XDR/XPR, DLP (coming up in Q4), and even MSSP View for our MSSP partners.

We are excited to announce a very special promotion campaign.

• TechRadar – “A platform that strikes a chord with any who take endpoint security”.
  We recently had the chance to get a public review by “TechRadar”, and we are happy to share that the review is great! Feel free to share it with Customers (link)

• What’s New in Harmony Endpoint – Please join our next CheckMates Webinar.
  During this session, we will walk you through the latest trends in the Endpoint Security landscape, demonstrate our new capabilities and features, and share our roadmap for the year ahead. Link to Registration.

• Harmony Endpoint in the UAE – During October our Infinity Portal will be locally available for customers in the UAE.  Link to announcement, link to Video.

• Smart Exclusions (Public EA) – We are happy to share the EA Feedback was great, so “Smart Exclusion” is now available as Public EA (30 Customers), While the GA is expected to be by the end of the year.
  With this new enhancement, we can save customers 80% of their time spent on creating, deleting, and managing exclusions.

Exciting features are almost here!
Customers’ involvement in our product is extremely important to us and we need your help to connect our EA Programs with the right customer base!
Please reach out to me if you have potential customers in mind to join as EA customers, assess the new feature, and share their feedback before we release it to GA (General Availability). The following features are ready for EA customers:

• HTTPS Inspection – With this, we can provide an additional layer of security by inspecting traffic originating from all processes running on the endpoint.
• Passwordless Reboot – With this new enhancement, we can save customers the ongoing efforts of their time spent on managing & and releasing users who forgot their laptop passwords.

curious about posture management, is this feature have same level of capability like tenable or ivanti? if yes, already available for local/onprem management?

Hi

Yes, we are offering vulnerability management for 3rd party application & Operating Systems (Windows & Mac).
Of course with patching capabilities, as part of the same Endpoint Client & Management console.

For now it is available for Cloud, and will be available for on-prem later this year.
