Harmony Endpoint 87.30.0232
Hi Mates,
I am using Endpoint version on Windows 87.30.0232 in a proof of concept. I have noticed that there are attacks in Threat hunting. I generated an Endpoint forensics report and when attempts are made to download the report, it resulted in the following with three different web browsers:
Chrome – Unable to load report: Network error: Network error when attempting to fetch resource.
Firefox – Unable to load report: Network error: Network error when attempting to fetch resource.
Edge - Unable to load report: Network error: Response not successful: Received status code 400.
Can someone kindly let me know how can I get the report?
Warm regards,

I agree with Phoneboy...if you send us some screenshots, it would definitely help.

Hi @arvindteemul1 I sort of kind of remember to have a similar issue and it was because the use of a VPN and a browser extension to cut off ads and spams, on top of Harmony Browse.
Now, what if you are using Windows Pro, try to set up a Windows SandBox machine and access the portal from inside there, send us screen shots or a video recording.
Best!

Hi,
Thanks, will try your suggestion.
At this time, I am only able to use the following:
1) One system running Windows 10 Pro with a VPN client and browser restrictions;
2) One system running Windows 11 Home without any VPN client and browser restrictions.
The issue is consistent while using Windows 11 Home also.

@arvindteemul1 Have you figure out the problem?
If not, could you record the screen and upload the video? that is a very interesting behave. if you will, would you mind write down the steps you are taking to get into that point?

I have had a support case about this for the past six months, but it still hasn't been solved.
The workaround is to locate the event in the logs and download the forensics report.
