Hi Team,
If any one Checkpoint employee supporting Harmony cloud instance? I would need a help on one of the issue which we definitely suspect from AWS or Check Point cloud end and been struggling with TAC. Hence can someone please contact me and I can explain you the issue. Our client's endpoints are not able to communicate with cloud instance and all are showing not updated. We have a case raised with TAC however after lot of to and fro TAC concluded that this is a local ISP issue.
However I am pretty sure this is not a local ISP as If you see the response headers those are being 403 Forbidden and not allowing to connect
