Files downloaded Renamed to SHA1 Hash After Download

I’m encountering an issue where files downloaded from an internal web are renamed to their SHA1 hash (e.g., ABCDEFGH-ABCDEFGH-ABCDEFGH-ABCDEFGH-12345678) instead of keeping their original filenames.

Details:

• Endpoint Version: 88.32.2003.
• This happens inconsistently on specific endpoints and files.
• Likely caused by Threat Extraction or Threat Emulation capabilities.

Steps Tried:

• Added the internal web domain to Exclusions under Threat Emulation, Extraction and Zero Phishing Exclusions
  
  

How can I configure Harmony Endpoint to bypass SHA1 renaming and processing (e.g., Threat Extraction, Threat Emulation) for a specific internal web domain while ensuring files retain their original names?
