Endpoint R81.10

Hi Mates,

My client has R81.10 Endpoint Management on premise. From Organization Scanners the “Last Scan” column indicates in red “Oct 30 2024 at 11:26am” and scanned Entities 1398. I performed a stop and start of the Organization Scanners, but the Last Scan is still red, and the date doesn’t change. If I select “Rescan” the Last Scan is still red, and the date doesn’t change.

Any ideas on getting the Last Scan date to change?

I logged into one of our customers' portal, but it is cloud endpoint portal, not on prem, so its most likely different. Are you allowed to send a screenshot? If so, just blur out any sensitive data.

Just spoke with one customer who had this exact issue while back and he told me once they ended up rebooting the endpoint mgmt server, it all came back fine.

Did you try that?
