I want to block the website through the Keywords.

Your example is not showing - but it sounds like a custom Application/Site with regex might be a good starting point. Check out sk106623.
Note that this only looks at URL's, not content.

For that example, using Safe Search Enforcement in Harmony Browse would be much better.

If you're looking for keyword blocking of search results above and beyond that, you might be able to do it with some targetted regex.
However, that could quickly become unmaintainable.
