Directory Scanner pointing to Azure or other solution?

We're starting to have some laptops that are pure Azure AD joined.   These devices just get lumped into the 'Other Users/Computers' group in Endpoint Management since they don't have machine accounts in our on-prem AD.   Can an Org AD Scanner be pointed at Azure AD or is their another solution to do the same so they show up under Directories with their proper group mappings for each device from Azure AD?
