Compliance blade is blocking my application

We are trying to update the edr version but the compliance blade is blocking this upgrade

Current   Ver.:- 80.00

Upgrade  Ver:- 85.00 

Management :- 80.40

Do you see specific log about it on the server itself? I see you uploaded one from the client itself, but does anything show on the actual EPS?

Logs not getting generated on master server and client systems.

Maybe someone else can chime in, but based on what you attached, I cant logically say what exactly with compliance blade is causing this.

Could you please clarify a couple of items:

- What is the actual current client version?

- Is this target machine a server OS and what blades are you trying to deploy?

 

Per the release notes:

Upgrade to the E85.00 Endpoint Security client is available from E81.00 and higher.
