Checkpoint entering password and user name issue on DELL laptop

Hi!

I have an isee on the black Checkpoint screen to entering password and user name issue on DELL laptop.

The letters are entering by self and also some of them are in Caps.

Did any one have solution ?

Can you please clarify? Is it a reboot screen or something else? A video, maybe, or a screenshot?

This is pre-boot black screen. When you try to enter login or password is very dificult

It may be that the version of Harmony Endpoint used and your hardware have a compatibility issue.
If you are an end user (and not a Harmony Endpoint admin), you will need to work with them to get our TAC involved so the issue can be investigated
