Checkpoint Harmony Endpoint (MacOS) Connected but stuck on waiting for deployment

Hi,

 

I am installing the MacOS Endpoint using the EPS_TINY package for 89.21.7202 on MacOS 26.3.

This package supposedly solved the previous issue which caused the laptop to continually reboot on updating to MacOS 26.3. 

I had to wipe my laptop and re-install everything and now am attempting a re-install of Harmony Endpoint. It is perennially stuck on 'Waiting for deployment'. We have a Policy on our Infinity Portal which has not been changed. The device is appearing in the Infinity Portal with my username and all. Deployment Status is Completed under Asset Management with no Errors appearing. Capabilities are not visible in the Asset Management list for this device.

What is the issue and how can it be resolved?
