Hello,
We are in the process of implementing capsule docs on-premise, however, when a user wants to authenticate from the agents it throws the following error: "Server identity mismatch. Please contact your system administrator."
Some information:
1. We have a R81 open server for CheckPoint Gateway and CheckPoint Management.
2. All the users have an email on AD.
3. This error occurs on LAN and from the internet authentication.
4. We have configured the SSO with the active directory.
5. We have tried working authenticated and not authenticated.
