Cannot collect logon name on Harmony Endpoint
Hi Guy!
Today, we are facing the issue, Harmony Portal cannot detect user logon after deployment endpoint on device. As image attach we can see in the asset management with device TEC-L08-009 with user vtec8009. But we can see this user on Organizational Tree.
How can we collect the user logon name in this case?

Is the user a domain user or a local user?

hi @MarcuzShinz
In the asset management part, you make a query per logged in user

Dear @lluner ,
when we install endpoint on TEC-L08-009 device and it recognizes username as vtec8009.
But when we go to the organizational tree we don't see this user name. This is local user on this machine, we not use AD.

I believe this shows the user who installed it on the machine. To find out who is logged in and using that search I showed you above

I believe we can only pull AD users, not local ones.
