Anti-malware is disable after SBA installation on Windows 7 Machines

Hi Everyone,

I'm currenty installing SandBlast Agent for a customer. And what I noticed is when the agent is installed on Windows 7 Machines, the Anti-Malware status shows ''disconnected".

After rebooting the machines I have the same issue.

Client version is 84.30.

Thanks for assistance !!!

Recommend engaging with the TAC to troubleshoot here.

Hi @Kobie_Bendalak;,

Thanks for your update. Let me explain the situation :

The client purchased the SBA licenses but has been not yet be delivered because of licensing issues. So are deploying an evaluation version. In this case, how can I engage the TAC since they have no UC account ?

Thanks

Depends on the Support Level chosen - you could ask the CCSP for help or involve local CP SE. You are using an Eval lic for bridging the time until the license arrives?

Are no clients working or only Win 7 ?

Hi @G_W_Albrecht

Yes !!! We are using an Eval lic for bridging the time until the license arrives.

For the moment all Win10 Clients where the agent is intalled are working fine but no Win 7 machines are working.

Thanks.
