Anti-Malware is unable to update after upgrade to E88.00

Hello,

We are using the recommended client version E88.00.0187 with R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Take 54

We have an issue that some machines unable to update the DAT signature from the On-Prem endpoint server after upgrade to E88.00, while some machines take the update normally.

Were the updates working OK before the client upgrade to E88.00?

Was it the client upgrade that caused the issue to start or any other changes made?

Which anti-malware engine is being used?
