Anti-Malware client can't update
Hi,
currently we are using 84.30 with antimalware blade and all works fine.
Now i have for some clients distributed the new Client 86.20 but i get on the EPS Server at those affected clients the following error message (the antimalware update works fine on the server, it is only a problem at clients side):
"Installation cannot continue: Endpoint Security Server does not support Anti-Malware signatures update. Please see sk141033."
Unfortunately there isn't a solution for the problem in sk article.
And as i wrote there aren't any problems on clients with 84.30.
My EPS Server is on version 80.20.
Who can explain me the problem ?

To confirm you've enabled the extra source(s) and the update still fails?
If you've not specifically used an Endpoint client package other than the standard one please contact TAC for assistance here.
Note also support for R80.20 is upcoming In September.

We had the same issue when we moved to the latest check point client. We're on R80.30 and installed the R80.30 Anti-Malware signature updates for Endpoint Management Server via CPUSE which sorted the problem.
If you're on R80.20 then have you followed sk127074 as they have a solution in there?

Please open a SR/Case with our TAC Endpoint Team. This will need to be looked at further and troubleshot. Also, there is a solution in sk141033 you likely just can't see it due to your access to our Support Center.
