Hi Everyone
We are deploying Harmony Endpoint on Windows machines. Initial client installation failed with error: failed to download.
After checking we noticed that initial client cannot reach cloud server. Machines are going on internet through a proxy.
What can we do to solve this issue ?

Thanks for your assistance.
I checked SK174287 and try to netsh winhttp set proxy command. It's showing actual proxy settings. I also checked Binary file value located at: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections, I can see proxy settings. But client installation is showing same error.

Did you check connection to all URLs here? Could be as simple as proxy blocking connection to one of these.
