Anti Malware Update not working

Hi Team,

We have installed Endpoint Security client on user machines and on servers.

Anti Malware blade is not updating on servers,when we login to the server the Anti Malware update starts without any issue.

Is there a user login required for Anti Malware update.

Could it be this:

sk127074 (R80.20)

or

sk151533 for R80.30

?

Have a look at SK164035 - this resolved the issue for my client.  The servers were not updating the Endpoint server with the fact they had updated the dat file.  Once the patch was applied they reported in correctly.  (user account shows as ntlocal)

Hi Dan,

SK164035  says 'Anti-Malware signatures are successfully updated but machines appear as not updated in SmartEndpoint'

But in our case AM signature database update is failing,it will start update once user logs in to the server.

what server version and client version please?

For a quick "fix" t gain some time for you to find the root cause. Switch the primary update from Local Servers to Cloud Servers, leaving the local servers as secondary. That will restart the updates while you fix the underlying issue
