Smart Endpoint R80.20 Organization Scanner

Hello all,

I've encounter this error in attach on my Smart Endpoint dashboard in the deployment > Organization Scanner that says I'm unable to connect to domain controller.

Can anyone help me figure out what is the problem?

Where should I go to solve this problem?

Did you check "SSL", in which case you need to import the certificate on your EPS using  sk84620.

Make sure also there's connectivity to your AD from your EPS (i.e. FW rules if needed) and you're using the correct credentials.

If I'm correct, you will get this error immediately if the server can not establish an LDAP connection to your server (bad routing or firewall blocking access), whether you checked SSL or not.
