Revision history for autoprovision-addon
I'm unable to find any SK, which would be documenting autoprovision-addon which is used for deployments in Azure, AWS,GC. Only reference is a link to AWS, where is this addon stored and available to download.
No information about current versions and changes done, when version of addon is increased.

As you note, there is no documentation about when this is updated and what changed.
We're in the process of changing how this tool is updated.
It should become a regular CPUSE hotfix in the near future.
This should also hopefully resolve the documentation issue as well.

You can find the major .py files within autoprovision-addon in the sddc repository on the Check Point GitHub at https://github.com/CheckPointSW/sddc
The python files are not tracked with the version number found in the autoprovision-addon package, but at least you can look at the commits and compare revisions in the master branch. I hope this might help with version updates you are trying to view.
The current master branch for monitor.py has commits that are newer than the one found in version 479 of autoprovision-addon.
