Hotfixes and Upgrades in AWS and Azure

Hi,

I've never been 100% sure on two things

1. Can gateways in AWS and Azure have hotfixes applied like a "normal" gateway?

2. Can gateways in AWS and Azure be upgraded like a "normal" gateway?

Patches, yes, upgrades, not currently, but planned for the near term.
