CheckPoint technical support contact for PAYG Azure?

How do we contact CheckPoint support for technical issues if we deploy CheckPoint CloudGuard PAYG IaaS on Microsoft Azure?

Do we raise a Microsoft ticket and they in-turn contact CheckPoint?

Please let me know the procedure to obtain CheckPoint support?

As written on Azure CloudGuard IaaS Marketplace PAYG contains Check Point Premium support.

As you are writing here you already have a Check Point UserCenter account.
