Error message when generating a report from SmartConsole r81.10

Hello Expert,

I am trying to generate report under Manage and setting - Revisions but it keep generating the following error message see attached screen shot.

The report contains 44 changes .

I humbly request some assistance.

In my expeience, issues like that are usually fixed by cpstop; cpstart or reboot of the mgmt server.

Hello 

Tried  cpstop and cpstart  did not work even tried rebooting mgmt server but same error.

Ok, so Im little confused, sorry. Let me just make sure we are on the same page, as they say : - ). So, in your description, you mention report, but then in the sceenshot, it shows the actual manage/settings tab and then revisions listed there. Are we dealing here with mgmt server with smart event enabled or is this separate smart event?
