Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am just beside myself! My IT department went to the trouble of getting us Mac users the ability to connect remotely, but now they refuse to support us, and I'm just a user, so I don't have any other resources. I hope you can suggest some things for me to try. My IT department suggested I go back to my TimeMachine and reload a backup, but if I did that I would lose hundreds of photos and music and other things I use my personal computer for (it's been weeks and weeks that I've been going back and forth with them). Sorry so long. Take care and thank you again.
